Basic case information:

The client came to our office this year (2019) and wanted our help in applying for refugee, we prepared a lot of documents according to the client's situation and helped him to get the Refugee Protection Claimant Document (RPCD). We prepared many documents for the client's case and helped the client to get the refugee papers. We gave the client several pre-trial training sessions and added a lot of supporting documents to the refugee office. Application Timeline

In November 2019, the client received the notice of the hearing, and we gave the guest several training sessions before the hearing and supplemented a lot of supporting documents.

December 3, 2019, the hearing started, the process went very smoothly, the judge's questions were basically covered in our training sessions.

On December 23, 2019, we received a written notice from the Refugee Board that the first hearing of the Refugee Claim went smoothly and our client successfully received his Canadian status.
