Study visa expired for 3 months, explled from the school, appeal successful

Basic information about the client:

Client did not attend school for 3 semesters before his visa expired, his GPA was less than 2, and he was expelled from school.

With only 5000 in his bank account, the client did not apply for a new school.

   We successfully helped our client to obtain a new study visa , valid for  2 years

Timeline:

   After December 2013, the client did not attend school

   February 28, 2015, the client's study visa expired

   At the end of April 2015, the client was called by the school for a meeting

   At the beginning of May 2015, the client was expelled from the school

   May 28, 2015, HelpTeam  studied the case and accepted the case

   May 29, 2015, HelpTeam received the information and contacted CIC to get a new study visa for the client

   August 22, 2015, HelpTeam's application was successful and the client received a new visa valid for 2 years until July 31, 2017.
