In August 2019, our client received a notice from the Border Service stating that the deportation process was in effect and asked the client to report to the border. We helped our client delay the start of the deportation process again and again, and convinced the border officials to suspend the deportation as much as possible, while urging the spouse sponsorship case to be completed as soon as possible. The border officials ordered our client to report to the border again on November 25 and buy an airline ticket.
